The article - which appears to be an internal document for distribution within the Monte Carlo Committee - was posted on the news page of a site called “Centro Studi Monetari Onlus” (http://marcosaba.1majorhost.com/), which appeared to be an alternative banking website with a news page where people could post articles related to economics & banking. This website would appear to have been connected to Marco Saba, an Italian friend of Leo Zagami who was once interviewed on Greg Szymanski’s Investigative Journal on March 20 2006 (see http://arcticbeacon.com/audio/2006/2006-RBN/03-2006-RBN/ for the 2-hour interview).

I found this document while doing a search for the “Ordo Illuminatorum Universalis” that Zagami refers to in articles and interviews and which may be connected to the lodge’s new rite of degrees extending up an extra five degrees from the Scottish Rite’s 33 to 38.

The document was posted in the November 2006 “issue” of the site mentioned above. In an interview with Greg Szymanski, Leo Zagami had stated his interest in organizing an alternate currency to alleviate the problems caused by an immanent economic collapse. This article is not to be found on Zagami’s “illuminati confessions” website. I have scrolled through every article there - hundreds of them in English & Italian. Interestingly I have discovered an internet thread dating fom January 2006, written in Italian, mentioning Zagami & another piece with the same title @:
